I was tasked to design a poster for the 2019 PHXDW Evolve Conference, and was assigned the letter "V". While thinking on what I should design that would make sense for my letter, I was watching Jurassic Park and thought it would be cool to build a mecha raptor poster. I figured by marrying past & future, along with the common theme of evolution that's connected to dinosaurs (not to mention Velociraptor starts with the letter "V"), I had a solid foundation for a poster design. I was super excited not only with how this poster turned out, but how the entire set of posters came together! It was an incredibly fun experience!

2020 has been pretty nuts, but I've still worked to improve my craft every day! I've made some amazing connections, worked on some super fun projects, and have seen a lot of personal growth. I've even started on a large scale illustration project that I'm super excited about! I'm excited to see how far we've come as a creative community and how much we've grown. There's such incredible creative talent coming out of Phoenix and I'm looking forward to where we go from here!
