After inheriting the golf classic as an additional signature fundraiser, it was necessary to pivot the branding for this second annual event to match that of the hosting and benefiting organization, for the nonprofit Treasure House. While paying homage to their recently deceased board member Robin S. Reed, and keeping the parent brand in mind, the new logo lockup included a vectorized signature of Robin, colorized in the brand blue of Treasure House. The golf flag is a direct homage to the key in the nonprofit's main logo.

From sponsorship decks to social media graphics, to day-of event wayfinding signs and collectible, yet functional tchotchkes (a can koozie that also doubles as a mega ticket?!), the stylized elements across materials evoke links and courses, sand traps, and the brightness of a sunny day golfing in Phoenix, Arizona.

These branded solutions lead to a highly successful golf tournament, selling out two full courses and raising $175,000 in benefit of Treasure House and their supportive active living residence for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compliments from attendees and sponsors abounded that day, with many stating excitement to come support again next year.

I truly enjoy using design as a force for good, as exemplified in my work for nonprofits across Arizona. It's challenging (last minute signs put into production), fun (adapting a brand into multiple events) and fulfilling - especially being able to correlate final assets and the fundraising dollars they bring in to shepherd the missions of these impactful organizations.
