This arts organization in Fort Myers, Florida is complex and was having a hard time clearly communicating who they are and what they do. Not to mention they had a dated visual brand and no clear parameters for consistent execution, which often left their internal team, spinning their wheels.

We conducted market research including surveys, polls, and phone interviews with their audience. We spent three days in strategy with them to develop the core of who they are, and we designed a complete visual identity system with a brand hierarchy for their sub-brands giving them a clear way to create content, marketing materials, and assets across all of their dynamic programming.

As a direct result of their updated messaging and branding, they were able to confidently pitch and secure a 7-figure donation, which will have an impact on the organization and community for generations to come!

"Our rebranding experience with Elly and Nora has been transformative, seamlessly capturing our vision and elevating our brand to new heights. Their creativity and dedication have made the process not only efficient but also genuinely enjoyable."

For a long time, I've been telling myself stories that aren't true. Stories like, "I'm not a real Creative Director because my expertise is in copy and not design" or "my small agency doesn't deserve recognition." But I'm shedding those old narratives and ready to step into the light, take up space, and claim my place in the Arizona creative community. I'm proud of the work I've done in collaboration with my incredible team. We're really building something here and regardless of whether we win awards or are recognized by our peers, I'm excited about the impact we're making for our clients. As a female-founded and all-female team, I'm thrilled to represent our unique ability to empathize, communicate, and nurture– all vital parts of building a brave, bold, and brag-worthy brand.
