Involvement:
This project is one that is produced by our current and previous student graphic designers with support from our team. It is an opportunity for them to experiment with new techniques and expand their design tool box.
Purpose:
This project was created to make complex research more accessible and engaging for a broader audience. These social media posts distill intricate studies into clear, visually appealing summaries that highlight findings, methodologies, and real-world implications. By doing so, these posts ensure that groundbreaking research is not only understood by academics but also by students, alumni, media and the general public.
Significance:
The research explainers are crucial for strengthening ASU's brand as a leading research institution. They showcase the university's commitment to access, excellence, and impact. For our audience, these explainers provide an easy entry point into ASU’s diverse research landscape, sparking curiosity, fostering deeper connections with the university, and enhancing our reputation as a source of cutting-edge knowledge. By making research more relatable, ASU prides itself as an institution that not only generates knowledge but also actively shares it with the world.
Arizona State University
Our team has a great love for working in Arizona and being able to tell the stories of Arizona State University and the community it serves. We enjoy doing team building at local restaurants, going out in nature with researcher to document their work, and showing the beauty of Arizona during sunrises, sunsets and monsoons.
