Title Sequence Design and Production for the new "iCarly" reboot on Paramount+.
This was our first title sequence project for a streaming service. We created the titles for season 1 (2021) and they've been updated yearly with new footage, Season 2 (2022), Season 3 (2023).
I wanted to make sure these titles paid homage to the original in the most authentic way possible. After all OG iCarly fans are pretty hardcore and know their stuff. Scott (designer) and I focused on finding and adding in as many easter eggs as we could as gifts to these original fans.
The feedback was outstanding. Paramount+ launched the title sequence on YouTube several weeks before the show premiered and it had fans going wild in the comments with over 2.5 MILLION views.
Youtube Comments:
Low key got teary eyed watching this. Icarly was a huge part of my childhood and im so excited to be able to watch it now as an adult too! And I love how they matured with the audience and its not just some kids show. I love that its for the original Icarly fans!
This hit me right in the childhood
I’m so happy we still get an opening. Nowadays openings don’t happen as much, just the title. I don’t know why but I feel openings is the heart and soul of the show. We need more like this especially scenes part of it.
i’m not crying of happiness you are
WHY IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT THE FACT THAT SHE LITERALLY RECREATED HER OWN MEME AT 0:08?? THATS THE BEST PART
The nostalgia is hitting me like a truck.
I love this so much.
I really love how they kept the song the same and the new intro video sequence keeps in line with the spirit of the original just updated to look a little more modern and mature. I'm excited to see the new show.
this looks so good, its like being thrown right back to my childhood.
Long ago, iCarly was my teen life. Today, iCarly is my adulthood.

As you evolve as a creative you'll realize that what you work on has real societal impact and implications. Recognize this, don't be evil, research the clients and work you do, call out their bullshit and recognize your own biases, work sustainably and on sustainable brands, do good. Don't make propaganda, tell meaningful stories of value, and use your power well and for good causes - don't just take the check "because somebody is going to do it."
