The collaboration brought together our innovation in sustainable and hygienic paper for packaging and the packaging manufacturing craftsmanship of IDP Direct.

Walpole’s 'Book of British Luxury' was presented in a luxury box produced using 100% post-consumer waste recycled fibre paper in Shadow Black.

With brands increasingly concerned with the environmental impact and safety of their products; the box demonstrates the marriage of beauty, outstanding eco credentials and antimicrobial qualities of using PaperGard™, ringing in a new era for luxury packaging.

The boxes are constructed from the exclusive solid black Rydal facing papers, corrugated in-house by IDP Direct into robust F Flute boards that are embossed and debossed with the hand-crafted artwork to mirror the beautifully designed cover of the Walpole Yearbook by House of Hackney & Buffalo.

The box was designed and manufactured by the IDP Direct team and is mono-material with no inks or glues meaning it is 100% recyclable in the paper waste stream, with no disassembly necessary.
